His Majesty King Hamad’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs and Bapco Energies chairman Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa has appointed Dr Mohammed Bin Daina as chairman of the board of directors of Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC), succeeding Kamal Ahmed, who has served in the role since July 2022.
Shaikh Nasser expressed appreciation to Mr Ahmed for his contributions and service, and wished Dr Bin Daina success in his new responsibilities.
