His Majesty King Hamad received a telephone call from Russian President Vladimir Putin.
President Putin expressed his country’s full solidarity and support for Bahrain, strongly condemning the Iranian attack targeting the Kingdom’s territory. He affirmed the mobilisation of all the readiness and capabilities of the Russian Federation to support the Kingdom of Bahrain in all measures it takes to preserve its sovereignty and safeguard its security and stability.
His Majesty affirmed that the people of Bahrain are peaceful and believe in tolerance and coexistence, and that the Kingdom remains committed to the path of peace and supports everything that enhances security and stability in the region and the world.
His Majesty expressed his deep appreciation for the positions of the Russian Federation and the sincere sentiments of support conveyed by President Vladimir Putin towards Bahrain.
