PCCI Group, a leader in customer experience and operations outsourcing, has relocated its international headquarters to Central Park Towers in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
The expansion is in response to strong client demand and customer base in the Middle East, which the company has witnessed in the last quarter, said a statement.
Through its office in DIFC, PCCI will provide a unique and tailored end-to-end customer experience strategy design, in combination with outsourced operational delivery solutions, to customers in the UAE and across the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
Nidal Kamouni, chief executive officer, PCCI, said: “In line with our global expansion plan, PCCI Group is pleased to announce the opening of our newest office at DIFC. Dubai, being the gateway between the East and the West, attracts top professional talent, which makes it the perfect location for our global headquarters.
"In addition, DIFC is a perfect fit for the PCCI Group headquarters and our customers, as it offers advanced infrastructure in a stable and secure environment, with a world-class regulatory and legal framework.”
“We are excited about the next stage of our expansion plan, as we move forward with the execution of our strategy to offer full customer experience delivery solutions, which will enable our customers to not only enhance their total customer life cycle, but also assist them in becoming market leaders in an efficient and profitable manner,” he said.
The move to Dubai will enable the company to expand its activities and strengthen its operations delivery model in the Middle East, Europe and Africa, said the statement.
The new headquarters at DIFC will provide the group with a unique platform and the necessary shared management bandwidth, he added. - TradeArabia News Service
