IMPROPER grammar in signage, advertisements and stickers could be penalised under a proposal set to be debated in Parliament today.
The proposal by five MPs is being spearheaded by Parliament chairman Fouzia Zainal following concerns that some Arabic signages across the country are littered with mistakes .
