Public Security chief and Royal Academy of Police’s Scientific Council chairman Lieutenant General Tariq Al Hassan received Business School dean at the University of Nottingham, UK, David Park. Lt Gen Al Hassan highlighted the role of the Royal Academy of Police in developing and qualifying security personnel to enhance performance within the policing system.
The meeting discussed areas of academic and training co-operation, the exchange of scientific and practical expertise in line with developments in artificial intelligence and smart policing applications.
They also reviewed joint programmes aimed at enhancing the capabilities of Interior Ministry personnel and students at the Royal Academy of Police.
