Authorities have confiscated 9kg of narcotics valued at more than BD140,000 in a major crackdown, leading to the arrest of several individuals of various nationalities in connection with separate drug cases.
The Interior Ministry confirmed that the substantial seizure followed intensive search and investigation operations, which included meticulous intelligence gathering and evidence collection.
The ministry further stated that the confiscated items have been secured. All necessary legal procedures have been completed, and the cases have now been referred to the Public Prosecution.
