Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa received Bahraini Ambassador to the US Shaikh Abdulla bin Rashid Al Khalifa. The minister highlighted Bahraini Diplomatic Day as a royal initiative that underscores the role of Bahraini diplomacy, in co-ordination with state institutions, in safeguarding the kingdom’s supreme national interests within the framework of the comprehensive development and modernisation process. The meeting reviewed means of enhancing security co-operation programmes with the United States.
