Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa received Arab Interior Ministers Council secretary general Dr Mohammed bin Ali Kuman. Under-Secretary Shaikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa was present. The meeting reviewed means to further develop mechanisms of joint Arab co-operation across various security domains. The two sides also discussed topics on the council’s agenda for its upcoming meeting and their importance in strengthening security co-operation among member states. Gen Shaikh Rashid commended the general secretariat for its role in advancing Arab security and following up on the implementation of decisions issued by Arab Interior Ministers.
