Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa attended the graduation ceremony of the 39th Orientation Commando Course and several other training courses held at the Special Security Force.
The ceremony included officers, cadets and personnel from various directorates of the ministry and the Bahrain Defence Force.
The minister expressed appreciation to His Majesty King Hamad for continued support and directives aimed at strengthening security, enhancing public safety and developing policing capabilities.
He also praised His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for support of projects aimed at enhancing the security system and operational readiness.
Gen Shaikh Rashid highlighted the importance of maintaining high levels of preparedness and keeping pace with technological developments to address evolving security challenges.
The Special Security Force commander expressed appreciation for the minister’s support in developing the force and enhancing its readiness.

He noted that training programmes and specialised courses are designed in line with professional standards and contribute to strengthening skills and discipline among personnel.
The graduates presented a practical demonstration of their skills and readiness.
The Interior Minister honoured top performers and congratulated all graduates, commending their efforts and encouraging continued dedication in serving the nation.
He also expressed appreciation to those responsible for organising and updating the training programmes.
The ceremony was attended by the Public Security chief, the Southern Governor and the ministry under-secretary.
