Customs president Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa received Italian Ambassador Andrea Catalano.
They discussed means to enhance co-operation in the customs field, particularly in light of the outcomes of the visit of the Italian Special Envoy to the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC), reflecting interest in enhancing Bahrain’s role in this initiative.
They also discussed prospects for co-operation in the customs and logistics fields.
