A prolific teenage car thief has been arrested by Capital Governorate Police Directorate accused of stealing several vehicles, along with money and personal items from inside them.
According to an Interior Ministry statement, an investigation revealed that the 19-year-old allegedly used the cars to target other locations to carry out his criminal activities .
