The Supreme Council for Environment has affirmed that immediate measures have been taken in co-operation with the Civil Defence and Bapco Energies to investigate the cause of an odour detected in several areas in Bahrain.
The council has assured the community that initial results have shown that the odour spreading in the atmosphere must not raise concern as it is the result of normal operational emissions within the normal limits .
