Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (Asry) has signed a co-operation agreement with Bahrain Polytechnic to launch an apprenticeship programme backed by Tamkeen.
Targeting Bahraini youth, the programme aims to equip them with in-demand mechanical and electrical skills through a 30/70 split of academic and on-the-job training over three years .
