His Majesty King Hamad yesterday received members of the family of the late Dr Sulaiman Al Dajani, the first Jordanian Ambassador to Bahrain, at Sakhir Palace.
The family expressed their gratitude and appreciation to the King for his condolences following the passing of their late relative.
His Majesty commended the late ambassador’s role in strengthening the historical and distinguished relations between Bahrain and Jordan.
The King highlighted Dr Al Dajani’s dedication as Jordan’s first ambassador to Bahrain and his ongoing engagement with Bahraini figures even after concluding his diplomatic mission.
The King recalled the late ambassador’s noble character, significant contributions, and unwavering commitment to his nation as a sincere and committed diplomat.
His Majesty prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest the soul of the deceased in eternal peace, and bless his relatives with patience and fortitude.
