BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa chaired the Supreme Military Pension Council meeting.
National Guard Commander General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Defence Affairs Minister Lieutenant General Abdulla Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Strategic Security Bureau chairman Shaikh Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa and president of the National Intelligence Agency Brigadier General Bassam Mohammed Khamis Al Miraj were present.
The council discussed achievements and management of the Military Pension Fund. The meeting also reviewed investment plans for managing and investing the fund's resources and considered the fund’s future policies.
