His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday met the players as well as the technical and administrative staff of Bahrain’s national football team at Riffa Palace, to celebrate their victory at the 26th Gulf Cup. He noted that Bahrain is home to talented individuals who consistently write success stories through their achievements, strengthening the kingdom’s standing. The achievement serves as a stepping stone for the team towards future success in Bahraini football, he said.
