Social Development Minister Osama Al Alawi yesterday met Dr Tarek Nabulsi, director of the Development and Social Policies Department at the Arab Social Affairs Ministers Council Technical Secretariat.
The meeting focused on further developing co-operation between Bahrain’s Social Development Ministry and the council secretariat, as well as preparations for upcoming Arab Social Affairs Ministers meetings.
They emphasised the importance of co-ordinating efforts and enhancing collaboration among member states to achieve shared goals.
Mr Al Alawi commended the secretariat’s role in co-ordinating efforts among member states and emphasised Bahrain’s commitment to supporting social initiatives in the region.
