A fire in a building in Hoorat A’Ali was extinguished earlier today, the Interior Ministry has announced in a statement.
Firefighters rushed to the scene of the blaze, which had broken out in a flat and evacuated the building as a precautionary measure.
No injuries were reported.
The National Ambulance carried out its procedures at the site.
An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
