The National Committee to Combat Trafficking in Persons held its regular meeting to discuss co-ordination among relevant government entities, partnerships with the private sector and international organisations, and Bahrain’s efforts in combating human trafficking.
The meeting also reviewed ways to enhance these efforts, including recent visits by the US State Department’s Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons and a delegation from the Global Commission on Trafficking in Persons.
