RUGBY – Supreme Council for Youth and Sport first deputy chairman, General Sports Authority chairman, and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa issued Edict 7 of 2025 regarding the appointment of the Bahrain Rugby Federation (BRF) board.
Under the edict, the BRF board for the 2024–28 term has been appointed, with Jean-Christophe François Abel Durand as president and Timothy Anthony Naim Matar, Anthony David William Blumer, Ahmed Ibrahim Mohammed Yaqoub Al Saad, Talal Mohsen Mohammed Karim Al Sharif, Jason Barry Smith, John Humphreys Klinak Skinner, Mariam Abdulrahman Mohammed Abdulmajid Turki, and Mohammed Ahmed Al Qaed as members.
