Fishermen in Bahrain have urged authorities to reconsider a ban on juvenile fish, stating that the limited options could affect their livelihood, especially during a period when there is a ban on shrimping as well.The decision, made by the Supreme Council for Environment (SCE) Marine Resources General Directorate, prohibits fishing, sale, or trade of 18 species of juvenile fish, crustaceans and marine life .
