Shaikh Salman bin Ahmed bin Salman Al Khalifa, the President of the Court of the Crown Prince, today received Professor Sameer Otoom, the President of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland - Medical University of Bahrain (RCSI Bahrain).
A copy of the university’s memorial book dedicated to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, was received by His Excellency.
Shaikh Salman bin Ahmed commended RCSI’s pivotal role in strengthening the higher education in medicine, noting its effective contributions in providing the health sector with highly qualified medical workforce, which enhances its ability to meet the Kingdom’s needs and achieve its longterm aspirations.
He also expressed his wishes that RCSI Bahrain continues to develop medical education and training, which consolidates the Kingdom of Bahrain’s position in the medical field.
