A safety awareness campaign was conducted in labour camps across the kingdom by the Civil Defence.
It aimed to educate expat labourers on safety requirements related to shared housing and ensuring the building met the required standards.
Specialists interacted with labourers and spoke about storing and checking gas cylinders at regular intervals and adhering to safety requirements in the event of an emergency. Multi-lingual posters were also distributed to ensure the message reached a large section of the workforce.
