The Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry held two training workshops on remote notarisation and private notary services to facilitate real estate transactions.
The first workshop was conducted online, while the second was held in person at the Judicial and Legal Studies Institute, with broad participation from private notaries. Both sessions provided a detailed explanation of how to use the new digital services.
The workshops covered procedural and legal aspects, outlining the requirements for both services.
These workshops aim to enhance the role of private notaries in providing notarisation services, improve the user experience, enable more efficient use of the services, and facilitate access for citizens and residents.
