Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Minister Nawaf Al Maawda yesterday met International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) secretary general and World Bank vice president Martina Polasek, during her visit to Bahrain.
The meeting was also attended by Bahrain Council for the Development of International Commercial Dispute Resolution Mechanisms secretary general Marike Paulsson.
The Bahrain Council for the Development of International Commercial Dispute Resolution Mechanisms and the ICSID, part of the World Bank Group, signed a memorandum of understanding to develop co-operation in international dispute resolution.
