Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa yesterday issued an edict on the rules and conditions for classifying a real estate development project or shared property as a gated community.
The edict was based on a proposal by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority’s board of directors and approval by the ministerial committee for development and infrastructure projects.
