His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday issued an edict appointing directors at the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA), based on a proposal of the Supreme Council of Health (SCH) chairman.
According to the edict, Sofia Adel Shaaban Al Dairi was appointed as Director of Regulatory Affairs while Abdulla Mohammed Taher Al Raies was named as Director of Healthcare Facilities Oversight.
“The SCH chairman shall implement the edict, which takes effect from the date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.”
