His Majesty King Hamad ratified and issued Law (10) of 2025, approving the agreement between the Bahrain government and the UAE government on the promotion and protection of investments, following the approval of the Shura Council and Parliament. The agreement, attached to this law, was signed in Dubai on February 11, 2024.
The Prime Minister and ministers, each within their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this law, which shall take effect the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
