His Majesty King Hamad received Ahmed Mohammed Al Sayegh, Shaker Mohammed Al Sayegh and Mohammed Shaker Mohammed Al Sayegh at Sakhir Palace yesterday.
They presented His Majesty with a collection of swords and daggers crafted in the traditional Zubara style, a craft passed down through generations.
The King expressed appreciation for the gift, praising the swords for their historical and cultural significance as symbols of heritage and national pride.
He emphasised the importance of preserving traditional crafts and supporting Bahrain’s heritage industries to strengthen national identity.
