His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has reaffirmed the importance of investing in Bahraini citizens and enhancing the national workforce’s skills to build a knowledge-based, innovation-driven economy.
“Strengthening key economic sectors aligns with the kingdom’s comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad,” HRH Prince Salman said as he last night visited the majlises of Bin Hindi, the late Ali Rashid Al Amin, and Dr Shaikh Adel Al Muawdaa.
He emphasised that the kingdom’s deep-rooted values of coexistence and solidarity, along with close collaboration between the Executive and Legislative authorities, serve as fundamental pillars of national progress.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the role of Ramadan majlises in strengthening social bonds, fostering meaningful gatherings, and upholding noble values, all of which contribute to a close-knit society.
He also stressed the need to channel all development efforts towards meeting citizens’ aspirations, which remain at the heart of all initiatives, programmes and strategies. In this regard, HRH Prince Salman underscored the importance of co-operation between the Executive and Legislative authorities and private institutions in successfully implementing development plans and programmes.
The heads of the majlises expressed their gratitude for the royal visit, commending HRH Prince Salman’s commitment to engaging with all Bahrainis. They also acknowledged the kingdom’s significant achievements under the leadership of His Majesty, with the steadfast support of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister .
HRH Prince Salman was accompanied by Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and several senior officials.
