Sunni Endowments Council chairman Dr Shaikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Futtais Al Hajeri inaugurated Ahmad Mohammed Ali Al Yousra Mosque in Dair, Muharraq Governorate.
This follows the directive of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to open, renovate, and restore 40 mosques under the Sunni and Jaafari Endowments Directorates across Bahrain.
Dr Shaikh Al Hajeri highlighted the kingdom’s ongoing efforts in constructing and maintaining mosques under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad.
He also highlighted the support of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister in ensuring the development of mosques across all governorates.
