A CAMPAIGN has been launched by the Capital Municipality to remove abandoned vehicles in Al Daih’s Block 422.
As per municipal regulations, vehicle owners are strictly prohibited from abandoning cars, scrap materials or junk in streets, pavements, public squares or coastal areas.
Owners have been given 48 hours to remove abandoned vehicles
Notices have been issued to the owners of such vehicles or scrap items, urging their removal within 48 hours.
Warnings have been posted on the vehicles indicating the deadline and actions that would be taken in case of failure to remove the eyesore.
