His Majesty King Hamad’s representative for humanitarian work and youth affairs and Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) chairman Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa attended the Al Fursan Sports Tournament closing ceremony.
SCYS first deputy chairman, General Sports Authority chairman, and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa was also present.
Shaikh Nasser commended the strong youth participation, highlighting the championship’s role in promoting sports engagement, showcasing talent, and discovering emerging athletes in a competitive environment.
Shaikh Nasser highlighted that the championship became a space for competition and interaction among Bahraini youth, contributing to the enrichment of the kingdom’s sports scene and the development of young athletes across multiple disciplines.
Shaikh Nasser honoured the championship’s sponsors, as well as government and private sector entities that supported and contributed to the event.
