LONDON: Heathrow chief executive Thomas Woldbye said on Friday that certain contingencies are often not enough to safeguard the airport 100% of the time after a fire at a substation knocked out the power of the London airport earlier in the day.
"This (power supply) is a bit of a weak point," Woldbye told reporters outside the airport. "But of course contingencies of certain sizes we cannot guard ourselves against 100% and this is one of them."
