A number of people, including a woman, of various nationalities have been arrested in separate drug-related cases.
Around 3kg of narcotics and psychoactive substances, worth an estimated BD28,000, were also seized.
Upon receiving reports about the suspects’ illicit activities, investigations were launched and surveillance operations conducted, leading to their identification and arrest after they were allegedly caught with the drugs in their possession.
Necessary legal steps are being taken to refer the case to the Public Prosecution.
