The Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA) has launched the ‘Planning Approval Endorsement’ service on its digital platform ‘Planning’, in co-ordination with the Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA), as part of efforts to enhance urban planning services in Bahrain.
The service allows engineering offices and government entities to apply for official endorsements from Urban Planning Affairs, assessing land suitability for development in accordance with approved plans.
With this addition, the platform now offers 15 services. The new service became available on Monday through www.planning.bh, enabling users to register, apply, and track requests online.
