Bahrain’s Ambassador to the US Shaikh Abdulla bin Rashid Al Khalifa attended an Iftar banquet hosted by President Donald Trump at the White House.
The event was held for ambassadors and diplomatic figures from Arab and Islamic countries.
The ambassador conveyed to the US President the greetings and best wishes of His Majesty King Hamad and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Shaikh Abdulla highlighted that such initiatives reflect values of goodwill, harmony and peace among different cultures and religions, and help strengthen dialogue and mutual understanding among nations, which are principles consistently upheld by Bahrain.
