WITHIN less than 24 hours of a video circulating on social media, a 42-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of intentionally crashing his car into a pedestrian, the police announced yesterday.
The victim suffered fractures in his feet and had to be admitted to hospital.
The Northern Governorate Police Directorate said the deliberate act was the result of a ‘personal dispute’ between the accused and the 45-year-old victim.
Legal measures are underway and the case is being referred to the Public Prosecution.
