Bahrain’s Ambassador to the US Shaikh Abdulla bin Rashid Al Khalifa participated in a panel discussion hosted by the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy at Georgetown University under the theme ‘The Changing Middle East: A Gulf Perspective.’ The debate was moderated by former ambassador Barbara K Bodine.
Shaikh Abdulla highlighted Bahrain’s role as a reliable regional partner and its ongoing efforts to enhance co-operation across key sectors, including security, economic development and technology.
He emphasised the importance of partnerships, citing the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (C-SIPA) as a milestone in Bahraini-American relations.
