The Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry has issued a circular stating that the last date for licensed Haj and Umrah campaigns in Bahrain to organise Umrah trips before Haj is April 24. All trips must return by April 28.
Sources emphasised the importance of full compliance with the regulations and instructions in force in Saudi Arabia. They noted that entry to or stay in Mecca or Medina will only be allowed with an official Haj permit from April 29 until the end of the season.
Umrah trips will be suspended during this period and are scheduled to resume after the Haj season, which will begin early in June.
