The fee for the UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) has been increased to £16 from yesterday, the Bahraini Embassy in the UK has announced.
The ETA allows for unlimited travel to the UK, with a maximum stay of up to six months per visit. It remains valid for two years or until the passport expires.
It is worth noting that the original cost of issuing the ETA was £10 ($12.50), and the system was first implemented in 2023.
