A 26-year-old man, described only as Asian by the authorities, has been arrested for allegedly murdering a 41-year-old man and setting fire to his residence at a farm in Tubli.
Following reports of the incident, authorities launched an immediate investigation and collected evidence which revealed signs of foul play.
Less than 24 hours later, the suspect was identified and arrested, with initial findings suggesting the crime was motivated by a personal dispute.
All necessary legal procedures have been taken and the case has been referred to Public Prosecution.
