Oman's Council of Ministers Secretary General Shaikh Al Fadhl bin Mohammed Al Harthy visited the Bahrain Economic Development Board’s (Bahrain EDB) headquarters yesterday, in the presence of Sustainable Development Minister and EDB chief executive Noor Al Khulaif and senior representatives from Bahrain’s investment promotion agency.
During the meeting, Ms Al Khulaif discussed the importance of strengthening investment co-operation between Bahrain and Oman, raising awareness on the shared investment opportunities between the two countries. She also highlighted the competitive advantages that Bahrain offers investors and its strategic location that serves as a gateway to regional markets.
Ms Al Khulaif also affirmed the kingdom’s commitment to developing and diversifying its economy. She highlighted the solid relations between Bahrain and Oman and the broader GCC countries and expressed confidence that the visit would contribute to further strengthening relations between the two countries.
