Food enthusiasts are in for a true Italian treat at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain.
The hotel launched its ‘extraordinary’ dining experience, Four-Hands Lunch and Dinner, yesterday, coinciding with Formula One Bahrain Grand Prix.
Chef Luca Crostelli of Dubai’s renowned Cala Vista, at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, and Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain executive Italian Chef Christian de Nadai have joined ‘hands’ for the a la carte promotion, which runs until April 13, at Due Mari.
Guests can expect a refined multi-course menu, blending contemporary culinary techniques with Mediterranean influences.
The standout creations are Pulpo e Pepperoni – a dish of roasted octopus, capsicum and Amalfi lemon cream, and Tagliolini al Limone – a fragrant Amalfi lemon infused pasta.
“We’re excited for guests to try out Italian flavours and we’ve also used local ingredients to offer a complete experience to all,” Chef Crostelli told the GDN, while expressing his happiness to be in Bahrain.
Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain is located 20 minutes from Bahrain International Circuit, ideal for a pre-race gathering.
Elevating the experience is Due Mari’s tranquil ambience.
Located on B2 floor, the restaurant is open from 12.30pm to 3pm and 6.30pm to 10pm.
