A man and a woman sustained injuries in an accident on Shaikh Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah Highway last night.
Their vehicle collided with a light pole at 8.30pm after another car attempted a sudden lane change.
The injured Bahrainis were taken to Salmaniya Medical Complex for treatment, according to a report in our sister paper Akhbar Al Khaleej.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
