Al Salam Bank has announced the launch of the enhanced version of its Loyalty Points programme.
The new version focuses on rewarding credit card and multi-currency prepaid cardholders, in addition to rewarding a wide range of other types of banking transactions.
The updated programme represents an enhancement and development of the bank’s comprehensive loyalty scheme, which rewards clients for utilising a wide range of banking services – not limited to card spending.
The new programme features a simplified and more rewarding points structure for credit and prepaid card transactions, making the points-earning experience easier and more valuable.
Furthermore, the cashback scheme associated with this update rewards clients more as they accumulate higher amounts of points. This initiative reinforces the bank’s unique approach to loyalty, offering points across a wide array of banking interactions, and positioning Al Salam Bank as a financial institution that rewards its clients for engaging with its full suite of services.
Commenting on the new programme, Al Salam Bank head of retail banking Mohammed Buhijji said: “At Al Salam Bank, we are committed to delivering real value that enriches our clients’ lives and meets their daily expectations.
“Through the enhancement of our loyalty programme, we reaffirm our dedication to offering tangible benefits that reward our clients for their everyday banking activities, delivering an experience that reflects the trust they place in us.
“We adopt a flexible methodology that continuously adapts to changing client behaviours and preferences, designing offers and rewards that suit a variety of spending patterns – whether in shopping, travel, or everyday financial management.
“This initiative is just the beginning of a series of planned enhancements aimed at elevating the overall banking experience, driven by our firm belief that success begins with a deep understanding of our clients’ evolving needs and delivering banking solutions that take their experience to new levels of excellence,” Mr Buhijji added.
This development comes as part of the bank’s ongoing pursuit to enhance the overall client experience, by offering innovative benefits that align with their lifestyles and meet their ever-evolving expectations.
The update reflects Al Salam Bank’s steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality, continuously improving solutions that reinforce a culture of appreciation and loyalty, while nurturing long-term relationships with its clients.
