The Official Gazette has published a decision issued by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, amending some provisions of Decision No. (43) of 2003 regarding non-Bahrainis' ownership of real estate and land in Bahrain.
The decision stipulates that foreigners are allowed to own property in Bilaj Al Jazayer, after it is categorised as an investment and tourism area and project.
The decision also includes new parts of Diyar Al Muharraq for investments from expatriates.
