His Majesty King Hamad today issued Royal Order (14) to end the third session of the sixth legislative term of the National Assembly starting Tuesday (May 13).
Parliament will hold an extraordinary session tomorrow.
The Shura Council will hold its final session on Sunday.
Both the chambers will be in recess until the second week of October before returning for the final session of their four-year term.
However, all the committees in both Parliament and Shura Council will work throughout the five-month recess.
