HIS Majesty King Hamad has praised the role of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) as the kingdom’s steadfast shield and its loyal guardians.
His Majesty, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, also said the force reflects the deep-rooted patriotism and high morale of Bahrain when he received BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and senior officers.
He expressed appreciation for the dedication and national service of BDF personnel and commended their commitment and efforts in defending the kingdom and upholding its values and interests.
The King highlighted the armed forces’ readiness to sacrifice and their dedication in serving the nation, emphasising that such commitment reflects their high sense of duty and patriotism.
He commended the professionalism and resolve of all BDF personnel, led by the Commander-in-Chief, in ensuring the kingdom’s security, stability and progress.
The BDF’s devoted efforts are valued and will continue to receive full support, the King said.
His Majesty hosted a luncheon in honour of the Commander-in-Chief and the senior officers.
