Bahrain and Saudi Arabia have underscored their keenness to strengthen their co-operation in higher education and scientific research.
Education Minister and Higher Education Council board of trustees chairman Dr Mohammed Mubarak Juma and Saudi Education Minister Yousef bin Abdullah Al Benyan reviewed joint educational initiatives at a meeting yesterday.
The meeting took place during the Saudi minister’s visit to Bahrain to attend the signing ceremony for the continuation of the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Medical City project and to visit Bahrain Teachers’ College.
